- to parties, including external and/or foreign parties, that the Data Controller uses for carrying out instrumental and/or accessory activities to the management of the collected data and the provision of the connected services and benefits, including suppliers of software solutions, web applications, and storage services also provided through Cloud Computing systems and used for this purpose.
4. PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
Data processing connected to the web services of this site takes place at the Administrative Headquarters of CSAI 5.0 srl, or of the entity the Data Controller uses for carrying out instrumental and/or accessory activities to the management of the collected data, and is handled only by personnel authorized to process data.
No personal data derived from the web service is disclosed.

Navigation Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

8. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
CSAI 5.0 srl will process the data only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
9. METHODS OF EXERCISING RIGHTS

The response period for the user is thirty days, extendable up to three months in cases of particular complexity; in these cases, the Data Controller provides at least an interim communication to the data subject within the thirty-day period.
The exercise of rights is, in principle, free of charge; the Data Controller reserves the right to request a contribution in the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive (also repetitive) requests, also in light of any instructions provided by the Privacy Guarantor.
10. COMPLAINT TO THE PRIVACY GUARANTOR
